BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring aspirants for Trainee Officer I and Project Engineer I post on a temporary basis for its Hyderabad unit, Machilipatnam Unit, and Bengaluru Unit. As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, there are 03 vacancies for this post (GEN-1, OBC-1, and SC-1). The Trainee Officers will be appointed initially for 02 years which might be extended to a maximum of upto 03 years and the tenure period for Project Officer will be initially for 03 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 04 years based on project requirements and individual performance. In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the Trainee Officer post will get a monthly salary of Rs.30000 for the 1st year and Project Officer will get Rs.40000 per month for the 1st year. Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test in a ratio of 1:5.
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates must pay an application fee of Rs.177 for the Trainee Officer post and Rs.472 for the Project Officer post. Candidates should have 02 years of working experience for the post of Project Officer and no experience required for the post of Trainee Officer. The maximum age limit for the Trainee Officer is 28 years and for the Project Officer, the maximum age limit is 32 years. Desirous candidates duly fill out the application form by self-attested the photocopies of the documents and superscribing on the envelope the “RECRUITMENT OF TRAINEE / PROJECT OFFICER (OL) – I for Hyderabad /Machilipatnam / Bengaluru” and send it by Speed Post only on or before 29.04.2023.

As mentioned in the Official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the Trainee Officer is 28 years and for the Project Officer, the maximum age limit is 32 years.
The upper age limit mentioned above is for General candidates. The upper age limit will be relaxable for
PWD candidates for 10 years, SC candidates for 5 years, and OBC candidates for 3 years respectively.
Candidates applying for the Trainee Officer I and Project Engineer I post must have a MA (Hindi) or any PG with proficiency in Hindi i.e., studied Hindi as a medium in matriculation or studied Hindi as an elective subject at the Degree level.
Candidate must possess all years/semester marks sheet and degree certificate. (In case of CGPA/ DGPA/ OGPA etc. grading, a conversion certificate to substantiate the claim shall be attached and has to be indicated in the application form.)
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, Candidates should have 02 years of working experience for the post of Project Officer, and no experience is required for the post of Trainee Officer.
The selected candidate for the Trainee Officer post will get a monthly salary of Rs.30000 for the 1st year, Rs. 35000 for the 2nd year, and Rs. 40000 for the 3rd year and Project Officer will get Rs.40000 per month for the 1st year of engagement, Rs. 45000 per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50000 per month for the 3rd year, and Rs. 55000 per month for the 4th year respectively.

Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test in a ratio of 1:5.
For the chosen position, the selection process will take place in Hyderabad, Machilipatnam, or Bengaluru. If a candidate chooses more than one location when submitting an application, only the candidate’s first preference will be taken into consideration as a venue for the selection process. The choice made by BEL in this matter shall be final.
