BEL Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is looking for qualified and willing candidates for the post of Sr. Field Operation Engineer, Field Operation Engineer and Project Engineer- I. There are 22 vacancies open for BEL Recruitment 2024. The selection will be determined on the basis of a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview. The engagement is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 02 years. The place of posting will be Lucknow. Candidates should have a maximum age of up to 45 years to apply for the mentioned post. Candidates have to pay up to Rs.450 as an application fee. Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC and ST categories are not required to pay the application fee.
Candidates who have an M.Tech/ B.Tech/ B.E (Electronics/ Computer Science ) OR MCA OR M.SC are eligible to apply for BEL Recruitment 2024. The chosen candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs.85000. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria as given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2024 have to submit their duly filled application form along with the required documents to the Assistant Manager HR (/HLS&SCB), Bharat Electronics Ltd, Jalahalli post, Bengaluru – 560013 on or before the specified date. No application will be accepted after the due date.

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for BEL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 02 years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended up to a maximum of 02 years (Maximum tenure of 4 years including the initial period) depending on the progress of the project and the performance of the candidate.

The selected candidates for BEL Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as given below-
The candidates will be selected for BEL Recruitment 2024 on the basis of a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test. The venue for the Written Test /Interview will be intimated later. 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit in each category.
