Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is accepting applications from eligible and willing candidates for the posts of Assistant Manager (Legal)—EIII grade and Deputy Manager E-IV grade. The maximum age limit for Assistant Manager should be 32 years and for Deputy Manager post the maximum age should be 36 years. For the post of Assistant Manager, candidates will get a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000. The salary for the post of Deputy Manager will be between Rs. 60,000 – 3% -1,80,000. The remuneration package includes additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical Facilities, and Provident Fund, as per company guidelines.
The applicants must pay an application fee of Rs. 600 plus 18% GST for the general/OBC/EWS category. Exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen category.
