BHEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited the application for the Post of Chairman and Managing Director. The Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Corporation and is responsible to the Board of Directors. He/She is responsible for the overall growth and performance of the organization, including all aspects of operations, business development, technology development, HR and finance. As per BHEL Recruitment official notification selected candidate will get a pay scale between Rs. 200000 – Rs. 370000.

Chairman and Managing Director
Candidates who have a Minimum Age Limit of 45 years can apply for the post as per BHEL Recruitment Official Notification.
Selected candidate will get the pay scale between Rs. 200000 – Rs. 370000 as per the official notification of BHEL Recruitment 2022.
The applicant should be an Engineering graduate / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Post Graduate / Graduate with MBA / PGDIM from a leading institute. The appointment of a candidate shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation (Retired) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The applicant should possess cumulative experience/exposure at senior level for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Finance/ Business Development/ Production/ Operations/Marketing in large organization of repute. Exposure in Heavy & Medium Engineering/ Electrical Sector will be desirable.

(a) Government Officers, including those of the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services: through Cadre Controlling authority;
(b) CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors in CPSE: through the concerned Administrative Ministry;
(c) Below Board level in CPSE: through the concerned CPSE;
(d) CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors in State PSE: through the concerned Administrative Secretary and Cadre Controlling Authority, if any, of the State Government;
(e) Private Sector: directly to the PESB
