Bihar DLRS Notified 355 Vacancies for Appointment into Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer (SSASO) including 145 Posts for the General Merit/Un-Reserved Category for Employment on the Honorarium-Based Contractual Basis on a Fixed Monthly Honorarium Rs.59000 (Consolidated) Per Month.

Bihar DLRS Notified Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer Post(s) shall be filled with the Post Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer against 355 Vacancies under the Directorate of Land-Records and Survey vide Bihar Special Survey Honorarium-Based Contractual Planning Rules 2019, Notification No. 72(3) Dated 27.02.2019 as amended from time to time, under the Conditions and Procedures contained in the General Administration Department’s (GAD) Resolution No. 12534 Dated 17.09.2018 may apply Online as per the Instructions in reference to the Notified Post under Bihar Directorate Land-Reforms Department (RLRD).

Application Modality: The Intending Candidates meeting the Mandatory Eligibility in all respects for Honorarium Based Recruitment into the Post under the Directorate of Land Records and Survey may apply Online together with the Scanned Photograph, Signature and Self-attested duly signed Photostats of their respective Matriculation, Bachelor’s Degree Qualification Certificates, etc.  16th November 2022 (16.11.2022) is the Terminating Date for Online Application by the Candidates.

Selection Criteria: Bihar Special Survey Honorarium-Based Contract/Contractual Planning Rules, 2019, Notification No. 72(3) Dated 27.02.2019 as amended from time to time, under the Conditions and Procedures comprised in the General Administration Department’s (GAD’s) Resolution No. 12534 Dated 17.09.2018 the Eligible Candidates, who are the Citizens of India for Employment on Contractual Basis against Honorarium-Based Contractual Posts to the Posts of Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer under the Directorate of Land Records and Survey.

Selection Process: Selection to the Honorarium-based Contractual Employment for Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer shall be carried through based on the Merit drawn up taking into account the Apportioned Weightage of Marks; i.e., Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduate and Post Graduate Qualifications.

03 (Three) times of each Vacancy the Candidates shall be shortlisted and summoned to appear in the Counseling Process for Selection into DLRS notified Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer Post.

The Directorate of Land Records & Survey will prepare a Merit List by taking into account the Allocated Marks; i.e., i) Maximum (Up to) 10 Marks for Matriculation (with Minimum 80% Marks), ii) Maximum 15 Marks for Intermediate up to 70% Marks, iii) Maximum 50 Marks for Graduation (with Minimum 60%. Marks) and iv) Up to Maximum 05 Marks for Post-Graduation with Minimum 50% Marks); i.e., Full Weightage (08+10.50+30+02.50+10) 61 Marks accrued to the Candidates shall yield Merit List to be considered Eligible for Selection.

Minimum Eligibility and Qualifications: The Eligible Candidate should have in possession the following Qualifications

Education: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any duly recognized University or Institute Equivalent thereto.

Professional Experience: Minimum 02 Years’ Working Experience in any Government Organization or Registered Non-Government Organisation.
