BOB Recruitment 2024: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is hiring Retired Bank Employees as well as young candidates to fill out the post of BC Supervisor on a contract basis. In line with the official BOB Recruitment 2024 notification, there are 04 vacancies for the given position. Applicant will be appointed on a contract basis for a tenure period of 36 months subject to annual review. Selected applicant will be posted in the Regional Office or respective District HQ branch based on their suitability.
The age range for young candidates will be 21 to 45 years and the maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years for retired bank employees and Young Candidates. The selected candidates will receive a consolidated fixed component of Rs.15000 and a Variable component of Rs.10000 per month, per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2024. The selection will be held through an interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head.
