Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025: The High Court of Bombay is hiring eligible applicants to fill out the post of Clerk. In line with the official Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025 notification, the candidate will be appointed for a tenure period of 02 years. The selection of applicants will comprise of Screening Test, Typing Test, and Viva-voce. There are 129 vacancies for the assigned position. Candidate must possess a University Degree from any recognized University, preference will be given to the holders of a Degree in Law (see below).
The candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 38 years for UR, 43 Years for SC/ST/OBC, or Special Backward Class specified, for the time being by the Government of Maharashtra. For High Court/Government Employees, applying through proper channels there is no age limit. Candidates need to pay a Registration Fee of Rs.100, and an examination fee of Rs.400 which should be paid by online mode only through ‘SBI Collect’ an online payment gateway facility, only. Selected applicants will be paid between Rs.29200 to Rs.92300 plus allowances as per the Rules. Potential candidates who meet the requirements mentioned above must apply online through the official website of the Bombay High Court on or before the last date.

As mentioned in the Official notification of Bombay High Court , candidate need to pay a Registration Fee of Rs.100, which should be paid by online mode only. The fees shall not be refunded in any case. Mere payment of non-refundable fees by a candidate does not create any right in favour of the candidate to appear for the Screening Test.
The online application will not be considered for the advertised post unless online payment is made towards registration fees.
After publication of list on the official website of the Bombay High Court, only shortlisted candidates shall pay a sum of Rs.400 towards examination fees, by online mode only. The fees shall not be refunded in any case
Candidates are directed to follow the instructions given in the ‘User Manual’ for online payment through ‘SBI Collect’ facility.
Only Successful payment transactions shall be considered for the acceptance of application.
