Post name and Vacancies for BVFCL Recruitment:

Applications are being invited for the Post of General Manager (Marketing) and General Manager (Finance). According to the official notification released by BVFCL Recruitment 2023, there are 02 vacancies.

Age-Limit for BVFCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the BVFCL Recruitment 2023 advertisement, the age of the candidate to be eligible shall be below 55 years as on 01.01.2023.

Qualification Required for BVFCL Recruitment:

For General Manager (Marketing):

GM (Marketing)will function as overall in charge of Marketing and be responsible for planning, budgeting, cost control, building/ nourishing channel network, brand promotion ventures particularly for finished products (fertilizers) growth target as well as Sales/Collection, distribution in all the states. Knowledge in Agri inputs, Fertilizers, Bio – Fertilizers, vermin-compost trading of pesticides, MOP & DAP, Agrochemicals etc. Also should have expertise in Sales, Collection & Distribution in above products. The incumbent should be competent in team building, management of dealer networks, and business area administration.

Reporting will be to CMD.

For General Manager (Finance):

The incumbent will be responsible for all financial activities of the Corporation, including financial accounting and budgetary control, costing and pricing, finalization of Company Accounts, Direct and indirect tax laws, GST, and Audit (Internal, statutory & CAG Audit).

Familiarity with cash credit procedure, purchase, and store accounts, capital expenditure control and accounting of marketing functions, and liaisoning with Financial Institutions/Banks /Govt. Bodies. Reporting to the functional director on Financial matters, on how to increase profit through prudent financial practices, and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws, procedures, and financial reporting, to lead the team of the Finance Department to advise and monitor their performance. The incumbent will also be responsible for the preparation of the company funding strategy and long-term financial security and reduce the cost of funding for the Company. Reporting will be to Director (Fin.).

Pay Scale for BVFCL Recruitment:

The selected candidate will be placed on a pay scale of Rs.51,300 – 3% – 73,0001 – Minimum gross pay Rs. 1,77,515 – Approx.
