CA Final September 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the exam dates for the CA Final September 2025 examinations. The CA final examinations are scheduled to be held between September 3 and 14, 2025. ICAI opened the CA Final September 2025 registration window on July 05, 2025, and will close on July 18, 2025. Candidates who are eligible and willing to register for the CA Final September 2025 exam can fill in the application forms available at the official website, icai.org. Candidates registering for the exam after the set deadline between July 19 and 21, 2025, will need to pay a late fee of Rs. 600.
The CA Final syllabus is the last and most advanced stage of the Chartered Accountancy course conducted by ICAI. Under the new scheme introduced in 2023, which applies to the May 2024 and 2025 exams, the syllabus has been updated. Now, it is divided into two groups, and each group has three papers. The new syllabus puts more focus on practical knowledge and combining skills from different subjects.
According to the reports, ICAI will be conducting live virtual classes for candidates appearing in the CA Final May 2026, September 26, and January 2027 exams from July 21, 2025. The classes will be conducted in two sessions per day for all the papers.

CA Final September 2025: Registration Deadlines
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) opened the registration window for the CA Final September 2025 exam on July 05, 2025, and the deadline to register without a late fee is July 18. Candidates submitting the registration forms after the deadline will need to pay a late fee of Rs. 600; however, after July 21, 2025, even the late fee will not be considered to accept the registration form. Meaning, the CA Final September 2025 registration window will be completely closed after July 21, 2025. Candidates are advised not to miss the set deadline, as ICAI has already stated that no extension will be provided.
