By Composite method (Deputation or by promotion) by the Officers under Central Government:

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the PB-2 9,300-34800 plus Grade Pay of 4200 (Pre-revised) (Level-6 of Pay Matrix as per 7^th CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;

Pay Scale for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 will be PB-2, 9300 – 34800 with GP 4600) (Pre-revised) (Level-7 of Pay Matrix as per 7^th CPC).

Tenure for CBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the CBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years
