Tenure for CBI Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for CBI Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 03 years.

Qualification for CBI Recruitment 2024:

The required qualifications and experience to apply for CBI Recruitment 2024 are mentioned below-

• The applicant must have an LLB degree.
• The applicant must Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
• The applicant must have Experience at BAR in handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
• An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
• Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocates.
• A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for a CBI Special Public Prosecutor, who has experience in handling criminal matters.

Salary for CBI Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for CBI Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as mentioned below-

Rates of fee payment to the Senior/Junior Advocates for conducting the CBI cases at the places viz. Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai:

• Fee for Senior Advocate-

Fee for conducting the cases in the Trial Court at places other than Delhi, and Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai-
