• The candidate should have 10 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level-4 (Rs.25500-81100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. And
• The candidate should have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent and possess two years experience in cash, account and budget work.
