Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Director and Office Assistant. There are a total of 02 Vacancies for this post. As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the post of Director must not be less than 65 years with sound health and for the office assistant post the maximum age limit required is 35 years. The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.25000 per month for the director post and Rs.12000 per month for the Office assistant post. No other m allowance/ benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Candidates applying for the post should be residents of the same or nearby district/residing at the headquarter of the RSETI center. While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned above and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. Eligible candidates have to submit their applications in the given format. The last date for receipt of the application is 27.02.2023. No applications shall be entertained beyond the stipulated date. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the Eligibility Criteria required for the posts are mentioned below:-
For Director:-
1. Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in the Officers Cadre.
2. He should have worked as branch head in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
3. He should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from his previous employer.
4. Should be well conversant with the local language
5. Should have retired from Scale III and Above
6. Should be resident of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district i.e. Azamgarh/Deoria/Mau.
For Office Assistant:-
1. Knowledge of Basic Accounting is an er preferred qualification
2. Candidates Shall be fluent in the spoken and written local language.
3. Eligible candidate shall be Fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification
4. Candidates Shall be proficient in MS Office ( Word and Excel), Tally & Internet
5. Skills in typing in the local language is essential, Typing skills in English an added advantage
As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the education Qualification required for the posts are mentioned below:-
For Director:-
The candidate should have a Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University
Desirable:
The officer with Rural Development
Background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to the mainstream of banking /Lead District Heads and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers /Colleges with Specialization in Rural 3 Development etc. shall be preferred.
For Office Assistant:-
As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the candidate shall be Graduate BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer Knowledge

The Job Profile for the posts are mentioned below:-
For Director:-
These Officers shall be working as Director R-SETI and have to oversee the overall functioning of R-SETI.
For office Assistant:-
These shall be working as assistants at RSETI to help the overall functioning of the Training Centre.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
