Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024: The Central Bank of India is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the posts of faculty, office Assistant, and watchman cum gardener on an annual contract basis for our RSETI centers at East Champaran and West Champaran. There is no application fee prescribed. Following the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024, If the applicant is applying for the post of Faculty, they should have graduated (i.e., Science/Commerce/Arts) or post-graduate. If the candidates are applying for Office Assistant, they should have Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com and for Watchman cum Gardener should have 7th standard passed(see below). The candidates will be hired for a period of 1 year.
The age criteria for the above posts should be in the range of 22 to 40 years old with sound Health. Written Tests and Personal interviews will be part of the selection process. Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
The period of tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be on a contract basis for a period of 01 year. Renewal of contract may be considered at the sole discretion of the bank, society, or trust and subject to satisfactory performance.

The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.30000 – 2000*5 – Rs.40000 Annual Performance Incentives of Rs.2000 every year will be based on satisfactory review/ performance of the services rendered.
Fixed Travel Allowance [FTA]: Rs-2500/-pm on declaration basis.
Mobile allowance: Rs. 300/-pm.
EPF, ESI. Gratuity as per rules
Annual Medical Allowance, Group Insurance, TA for outstations & IIA for outstations are also to be paid as per rule.
Office Assistant –
Consolidated salary of Rs.20000 – 1500*5 – Rs.27500 Annual performance incentive of Rs.27500 Annual performance incentive of Rs.1500 every year will be based on the satisfactory performance of service rendered.
Fixed Travel Allowance [FTA]: Rs-2000/-pm on declaration basis.
Mobile allowance: Rs. 300/-pm.
EPF, ESI. Gratuity as per rules
Annual Medical Allowance, Group Insurance, TA for outstations & IIA for outstations are also to be paid as per rule.
Watchman cum Gardener –
Consolidated salary of Rs.12000-800*5-Rs.16000 Annual Performance incentives of Rs.1000 every year are based on satisfactory review/performance of service rendered.
Fixed Travel Allowance [FTA]: Rs 800/-pm on declaration basis.
Mobile allowance: Rs. 300/-pm.

Required Qualifications and Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

For Faculty:
The candidate should have a Graduate (any i.e., Science/Commerce/Arts) /Post-Graduate; however, preference may be given to MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing)/BA with B.Ed., etc.
Shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential and fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage. Typing skills in the local language are essential. Typing skills in Hindi/English will be an added advantage. Previous experience as faculty will be preferred.
For Office Assistant:
The candidate should have a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge. Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
Shall be fluent in spoken and written local language, fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification. Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally and Internet.
Skills in typing in the local language are essential, Typing skills in English and Hindi an added advantage.
For Watchman cum Gardener:
The candidate should have passed 7th standard. Should have experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/ horticulture.
