Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024: The Central Bank of India is recruiting aspirants to fill up the post of Counselor FLCC, Faculty, Office Assistant and Guard cum Gardner on a contract basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024, the applicant must hold a Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University. The chosen candidate will be placed on a contract basis for a period of 01 year, per the official Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 notification. In accordance with the official Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 notification, the selected applicant would be paid a monthly salary between Rs. 6000 and Rs. 20000.
In order to apply for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024, the eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final. Referring to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024, for Counselor FLCC, and Faculty posts should not be less than 65 years, for Office Assistant post the maximum age limit should not be more than 35 years and for Guard cum Gardner post the age limit should be between 22 to 40 years with sound health. Qualification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:
Candidates applying for the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 must have the following qualifications.
Counselor FLCC
Applicant must have a Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University.
Desirable:
Candidate should have a Officer with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
Faculty
Applicant must have a Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.
Candidate should have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
Desirable:
Retd. Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty in rural Development with qualifications stated above, will get preference.
Office Assistant
Candidate must have a Graduateviz. BSW/ BA/ B. Com with computer knowledge.
Desirable:
Knowledge in basic accounts & book keeping.
Guard cum Gardner
Aspirant must have passed 7th standard.
Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:
According to the official Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 notification, the selected applicant would be hired on a contract basis for a duration of one year.

Counselor FLCC
Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
Applicant should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
Candidate should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
Applicant should be well conversant with local language.
Aspirant should have retired from Scale-II & above.
Candidate should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district.
Faculty
Candidate should be well conversant with local language.
Candidate should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
Office Assistant
Candidate should be well conversant with the local language.

Guard cum Gardner
Applicant should have experience preferably in agriculture / gardening / horticulture.
Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:
According to the official Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 notification, candidates must be in good health and be at least 65 years old for the Counsellor FLCC and Faculty posts, 35 years old for the Office Assistant post, and 22 to 40 years old for the Guard cum Gardner post.

Applicant appointed for Faculty post will receive a monthly salary up to Rs.20000
