Qualification and Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The required qualification and experience to apply for Centra Bank of India Recruitment 2024 are described below-

For Counsellor FLCC-

• The candidate should have a Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.

Desirable-

• Officer with Rural Development Background I.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream of banking /Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers / Colleges with Specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Essential-

• Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officers Cadre.
• Candidates should have worked as branch manager in any scale in rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
• Candidates should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Candidates should be well conversant with local language.
• Candidates should have retired from Scale II and Above.
• Candidates should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district i.e. Ballia/Deoria/Mau.

For Faculty-

• The candidate should be Graduate/Post-graduate degree viz MSW/MA in Rural development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/B.Sc(Veterinary),B.Sc (Horticulture),B.Sc (Agri.Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed. etc.

Essential-

• Candidates should have a flair for teaching and process sound computer knowledge.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and hindi will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have skills in typing in local language essential.
• Candidates should have Typing skill in Hindi/English typing an added advantage.
• Candidates should have Previous experience as faculty preferred.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the candidates who are selected for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 01 year. Renewal may be possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules. The place of posting will be Deoria and Ballia.
