CESL Recruitment 2022: CESL Or Convergence Energy Services Limited acts as a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), which is a joint venture of public sector companies under the administration of the Ministry of Power, Government of India. It mainly focuses on delivering clean, affordable, and reliable energy. The department right now is looking to recruit candidates who have the educational qualifications and experience preferred for the vacant posts of Senior Manager Electric Mobility, Manager Electric Mobility (Buses), and Manager Electric Mobility (Wheeler and 3 Wheeler).
The appointment of the candidates for the following posts will be on a contractual basis and those who will get shortlisted will be posted at the Corporate Office of CESL, presently in New Delhi. The duration of appointment for the post will be initially for a period of three years. Those who are interested to apply for the ongoing recruitment must make sure to check the eligibility conditions preferred for the vacant posts. There are a total of 6 vacancies for the posts for which the eligible candidate will get shortlisted based on their educational qualifications and experience.
For Senior Manager Electric Mobility: B.E/B.TECH/Graduate (full-time degree) or Master’s degree or equivalent degree in Transport Planning/Transport Management/Transport & Logistics or any other professional qualification in the field of transport. Candidates should also have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification executive experience. The candidate must have exposure to working in the field of Electric Mobility (2 Wheeler/3 Wheeler/4 wheeler/buses having client-facing roles with urban local bodies/DISCOM’s (distribution companies)state transport undertakings/other institutional bodies (public/private) in India.

Candidates should also have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification executive experience. The candidate must have exposure to working in the field of Electric Mobility (2 Wheeler/3 Wheeler/4 wheeler/buses having client-facing roles with urban local bodies/DISCOM’s (distribution companies)state transport undertakings/other institutional bodies (public/private) in India.
The preferred age limit to apply for the vacant posts in the CESL recruitment 2022 is 42 to 47 years.
The selection process for the posts in the CESL recruitment 2022 will be done through an interview which is going to be conducted by an Internal Selection Committee.
