Cipla Hiring CA/MBA

Overview:

Cipla is looking for an experienced Business Finance Manager at Lower Parel, Mumbai. Complement as a business partner to the EM B2B Cluster Head(s), co-own the region’s P&L and financial performance, directly contributing to Business Planning and Profitability. Own Governance and Compliance including Accounting, Cash Flow Management, Company Secretarial, Tax, Finance, Shared Services (Receivables/Payables), Operations etc. at a strategic and operational level for part of EM B2B.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Co-own the regional P&L and financial performance on Revenue, Profits, Cash flow and ROIC for the EM B2B region in order to meet the desired growth for the organisation
• Drive financial excellence by ensuring that working capital is on target and cost management is in place
• Drive governance and legal compliance through regular audits (internal and external), risk management, review of contracts in order to ensure statutory compliance and avoid fraud risks
• Ensure tax compliance and maximise tax planning opportunities
• Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships by working closely with them and communicating on a regular basis in order to achieve the strategic objectives in a smooth and effective manner

Eligibility:

• CA or MBA Finance
• Strong business acumen and good understanding of accounting and taxation
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Communication Skills (clarity of thought, comprehension)
