Qualification and Experience Required for CMRL Recruitment 2024:

According to the official CMRL Recruitment 2024 announcement, the following list of educational requirements and work experience refers to the available positions:

Additional General Manager/ Joint General Manager (Rolling Stock):

• The candidates should have a B.E/ B.Tech (ECE/ EEE/ Mech) graduate from a government-recognized Institute/ University, approved by AICTE/ UGC.

Experience:

• The candidates should have post-qualification experience of a minimum of 17 years for the AGM level and 15 years for the JGM level respectively in project execution and/or maintenance of Metro Rail Rolling Stock. Possession of project management certification and handling project-related work will be an added advantage.

Joint General Manager – Power System and Overhead Equipment:

• The candidates should have a B.E/ B.Tech in (ECE)/ (EEE) from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE/ UGC. Post-graduation in the relevant field is an added advantage.

Experience:

• The candidates should have a post-qualification experience with a minimum of 15 years of experience.

Manager (Operations):

• The candidates must have a B.E/ B.Tech (EEE/ ECE/ Mech/ CSC) or combination of any of these disciplines or a Master’s degree in any discipline from a government-recognized institute/ university approved by AICTE/ UGC.

Experience:

• The applicants should have atleast 7 years of postqualification experience in operations of the Railway/ Metro/ LRT/ Suburban rail system or worked as an Executive in any government/ PSU organization.

Tenure for CMRL Recruitment 2024:

The appointment will be made on a deputation basis, as per the official announcement of CMRL Recruitment 2024. The selected applicants will be appointed for a maximum of 03 years, with the possibility of additional extensions for a total of 05 years.
