Overview:

Concentrix is hiring an experienced Quality Analyst at their Pune location. You will monitor Calls/Emails and transactions as per the defined target and provide effective coaching & Feedback.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Conduct team huddles and provide updates

Participate in calibration sessions with internal and client teams

Monitor team performance and provide trend analysis on problem areas

Skilled to create Training need identification (TNI)

Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement

Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects

Handle difficult/escalated claims & mails

Provide mentorship to new hires

Handle Customer/Client Interactions or calls

Data Collection and Analysis.

Qualifications for this Job:

Good communication and Analytical skills

Good interpersonal skills

Good Knowledge of basic CNX policies

Ability to demonstrate customer service skills

Strong in documentation and email etiquette

Knowledge about the 7 tools of quality will be an added advantage

Working knowledge of  MS office applications like Excel and Power point

Prior QA experience will be an added advantage

Basic knowledge and interest in 2 wheelers will be an added advantage
