Post Name and Vacancies for CPRI Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of CPRI recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the posts of Engineering Officer Grade-I, Scientific Assistant, Engineering Assistant, Technical Grade-I and Assistant Grade II. As given in the official notification CPRI recruitment 2023, there are a total of 99 vacancies for the given post.

Age Limit for CPRI Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of CPRI recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Engineering Officer Grade-I and Assistant Grade-II- The maximum age limit is 30 years.

For Scientific Assistant, Engineering Assistant- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

For Technical Grade-I- The maximum age limit is 28 years.

Salary for CPRI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of CPRI recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For Engineering Officer Grade-I – The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in  Level – 7 Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400.

For Scientific Assistant and Engineering Assistant- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level – 6 Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400.

For Assistant Grade-II- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level – 4 Rs. 25,500 – 81,100.

For Technical Grade-I- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level – 2 Rs. 19,900–63,200.

Qualification for CPRI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for CPRI recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Engineering Officer Grade 1–  First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering /Mechanical Engineering /Civil Engineering.

For Scientific Assistant- First Class B.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized University with 5 years of experience in the relevant subject field.

For Engineering Assistant- First Class 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology with 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical.

For Technician Grade 1- ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical.

For Assistant Grade-II- First Class BA/ BSc. / B.Com/ BBA / BBM/BCA degree from a recognized university and minimum Grade-B certificate in Basic Computer Course (BCC) conducted by National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) on the closing date of recruitment application.

Selection Procedure for CPRI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer-based tests, MCQ tests, trade tests, skill tests, and document verification. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through the CPRI website. Candidates have to produce in original photo identity proof along with the Admit Card while attending the Computer-Based MCQ Test. Without an original photo ID card and Admit Card, Candidates will not be allowed to attend the Computer-Based MCQ Test.

Examination Centre/City- Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Nagpur, Dhanbad, Patna, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Chennai. Every effort will be made to allot the exam center as preferred by the candidates; however, CPRI reserves the right to allot any exam center/city other than the one he/she has opted for. No request for a change of center for examination shall be entertained.
