Custom Dept Sanctions Rs 17.69 Crore Refund Claim of Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited has disclosed to the NSE Limited and BSE Limited that it has received an Order No. 48/MT/DC/CRARS/2026-27, dated May 25, 2026, from the Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Import-II), NCH, Zone -1, Mumbai.
Through this order, the tax authorities have sanctioned the company's refund claim of Rs 17.69 crore made for the financial year 2017-18, under Section 27 of the Customs Act, 1962. The Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) has made the aforesaid disclosure to the stock exchanges through an Intimation dated May 30, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the intimation, the order was received by the company at its office on May 29, 2026. The company has flagged that the order has announced the decision in its favour.
