Delhivery Subsidiary Ecom Express Faces Rs. 1.31 Crore GST Demand, Plans to Challenge Order Delhivery has recently issued a regulatory filing dated October 22, 2025, addressed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, informing them that its subsidiary, Ecom Express Limited, has received an order issued by the Assistant Commissioner (CGST) - Patna, Bihar, under Section 74 of the CGST/Bihar GST Act, 2017, read with Section 20 of the IGST Act, 2017. The order relates to the period between the financial year 2018-19 and the financial year 2022-23. The company received the order on October 21, 2025. Thereafter, on October 22, 2025, subsidiary Ecom issued an intimation of such an order to the company.

However, the Ecom is dissatisfied with this order and has thought of challenging this order before the appellate authority. The company further claims that the issuance of this order does not have any material impact on financials, operations, or other activities of Ecom and the company.
