As per the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, there are 02 vacancies open for the post of Asstt. Manager/Jr. Manager/ Manager in (S&T and HR) (02 vacancies)  and Dy General Manager/Vigilance (Civil).

Age Limit for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

Eligibility Criteria for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the eligibility criteria are mentioned below-

For Dy. General Manager/Vigilance (Civil)-

• Central/State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level11) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 70000-200000 (lDA) (E4) with four years’ service in the grade.

For Manager-

• Group B officers of Central/State Govt. with at least service in Group B (Gazetted) in relevant discipline. Or
• PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 60000-180000 (IDA) (E3) with four years service in that grade.

For Assistant Manager-

• Group B officers of Central/State Govt. in the relevant discipline. Or
• PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR working in Rs.50000 – 160000 (IDA) (E2) with four years service in that grade.

For Jr. Manager-

• Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-8) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in level 1 (Level 8 in Accounts). Or
• PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 40000-140000 (lDA) (E1)with four years service in that grade.

Salary for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary on Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance.

Tenure for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 03 years extendable to 05 years. The place of posting will be Corporate Office.
