• Expertise in market methodologies. research
• Familiarity with aviation market dynamics and demand forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of statistical tools (R, Python, or Excel).
• Knowledge of machine learning models and statistical forecasting.
• Proficiency in tools like SAS, SPSS, or advanced Excel.

For Young Professionals who can perform the role of Technical Analyst in TMU-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering.

Experience-

• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis.

For Young Professionals required for DFT-

• The candidate should have a B. Tech or BSc or BCA in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience-

• Command on working on MS tools e.g. Excel/Word/PPT, Data handling, Database Administration, Python programming language.

For Young Professionals required for Admin Directorate-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum 55 percentage marks or equivalent.

Desirable Qualification-

• Command on working on MS tools e.g. Excel/Word/PPT, Data handling, Database Administration.
• Preference would be given to those who have previous working experience in Central Govt. organizations.

For Young Professionals required for the Directorate of International Relations and Legal Affairs-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.

Desirable Qualification-

• One Year experience in legal drafting.

Tenure for DGCA Recruitment 2025:

The engagment of DGCA Recruitment 2025 is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year or till the Young Professionals attain the age of 40 years or till the Young Professionals remain eligible as per requirements or till the regular incumbent (s) join (s) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process for DGCA Recruitment 2025:

The candidates will be selected for DGCA Recruitment 2025 on the basis of an interview and document verification. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
