DGFT Notifies New Amendments in the List of Agencies Authorized to Issue Certificate of Origin The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has recently issued a Public Notice No. 30/2025-26, dated 28th October 2025, to amend Appendix 2B of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023. The amendment adds authorised agencies that can issue Certificates of Origin (CoO) for the exports under the India-European Free Trade Association (India-EFTA) Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA).
