Digital India Recruitment 2022: Application has been invited for the Database Administrator, Developer (PHP), and Designer (Web/UI) Positions in the Digital India Corporation. Digital India Corporation has been set up by the ‘Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India’, to innovate, develop and deploy ICT and other emerging technologies for the benefit of the common man. The selected candidate will be posted on the relevant position on a contract basis and the location of posting in new Delhi for the DoPT Project.

Qualification for Digital India Recruitment 2022

1. Database Administrator – B.E/MSc. /MCA with 3+ years of experience in Development.

2. Developer (PHP) – B.E/MSc./MCA with 3+ years of experience in Development.

3. Designer (Web/UI) – Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Web and UI Design.

Skill Requirement for Digital India Recruitment 2022

1. Database Administrator

i. Proven working experience as a Database Administrator

ii. Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications

iii. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL

iv. Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding

v. Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools

vi. Familiarity with programming languages API

vii. Problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically

2. Developer (PHP)

i. Working Experience in Codeigniter-3.0+, PHP, laravel

ii. Working Experience with open source like Drupal, Joomla, WordPress

iii. Working Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, etc.

iv. Working Experience with relational databases, version control tools, and of developing web services using REST and SOAP architecture

3. Designer (Web/UI)

i. Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, and JavaScript.

ii. Knowledge of Responsive HTML with bootstraps, and less CSS.

iii. Having knowledge of Angular5 and above.

iv. Having basic knowledge of Vue. and JQuery framework.

v.Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material

Roles and Responsibility for Digital India Recruitment 2022

1. Database Administrator

i. Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role

ii. Design and implement a database in accordance with to end user’s information needs and views

iii. Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in the appropriate format, and in a timely manner

iv. Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data

v. Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses

vi. Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required

2. Developer (PHP)

i. Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle for Development

ii. Produce detailed specifications of the system

iii. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

iv. Develop design models based on requirements documents.

3. Designer (Web/UI)

i. Develop new user-facing features and/or changes in existing functionality to make it better.

ii. Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements

iii. Converting Photoshop design layouts to HTML/CSS design.

iv. Creation of responsive layouts and cross-browser troubleshooting.

v. Optimizing web assets for optimal speed and performance.
