• The candidate should have Bachelor of Music or Visharad Degree from Gandharva Mahavidhyalaya or Sangeet Parangat from Kala Academy or Sangeet Kushal from Kala Academy in the relevant subject or equivalent with three years of experience. Knowledge teaching of Konkani.

• The candidate should have Knowledge of Konkani

For Librarian Gr. I-

• The candidate should have Bachelor Degree of recognised University or equivalent
• The candidate should have Degree in Library Science (one year course after graduation) of a recognised University or its equivalent.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of Konkani

Desirable-

• Knowledge of Marathi.
