DMRC Recruitment 2023: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. seeking an immediate requirement of experienced personnel for the post of General Manager (HR), in DMRC on a Direct Recruitment / Deputation basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for the above post is 57 years as of 01/05/2023. As given in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the applicant should have 18 years of working experience at the Executive/ Gazetted level in any Central Govt. Organization, or, CPSUs in HR/ Personnel department.
In accordance with the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the number of vacant seats available for this recruitment is 01. As given in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates will get a monthly remuneration between Rs.120000 to Rs.280000. Candidates applying on a deputation basis shall comprise Personal Interviews, and candidates applying on direct recruitment basis shall comprise Personal Interviews and Medical fitness examination. Eligible aspirants should duly fill in the application form should be sent in an envelope superscribing the Name of the Post on the cover prominently and sent through speed post Or e-mail the scanned copy of the duly filled in Application Form, along with the scanned copies of all the relevant documents before the deadline.

Candidates applying for the DMRC Recruitment 2023 must have completed their full-time Graduate, preferably MBA/ PG Degree/PG Diploma, or, equivalent in HRM/ HRD/ Personal Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social work/ Labour Welfare.
As mentioned in the Official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will be appointed on probation for a period of one year.
As given in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the applicant should have 18 years of working experience at the Executive/ Gazetted level in any Central Govt. Organization, or, CPSUs in HR/ Personnel department.
As given in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates will get a monthly remuneration between Rs.120000 to Rs.280000.
According to the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant would have to execute a Surety Bond of Rs.400000, to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of three years (exclusive of the period in which one remained on LWP or EOL), or, till the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier.
In accordance with the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates applying on a deputation basis shall comprise Personal Interviews, and candidates applying on direct recruitment basis shall comprise Personal Interviews and Medical fitness examination.
