Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2022: Doordarshan Kendra Vijayawada is hiring eligible candidates of Indian origin residing in Andhra Pradesh for empanelment as Casual Assignees in different categories like Editorial Assistant, Copy Editor, News Reporter, Assistant Website Editor, Broadcast Assistant, Post Production Assistant, etc. The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 50 years. The candidates will be stipend of up to Rs. 2400 per day.

Remuneration for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2022:

For Editorial Assistant- Rs. 2400 per day

For Copy Editor, Broadcast Assistant, Post Production Assistant and Video Editor- Rs. 1500 per day

For News Reporter-Rs. 1875 for Fresher per day per shift and Rs. 2400 with 03 years experience per day per shift

For Assistant Website Editor- Rs. 2100 per day per shift

For Cameraman and C.G. Operator- Rs. 1125 per day

For Stenographer- Rs. 1275 per day per shift

For News Reader- Rs. 1875 for Fresher per day per shift, Rs. 2400 with 03 years experience per day per shift and Rs. 1650 per day per shift (single bulletin including language bulletin)

Age Limit for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2022:

For an Editorial Assistant, Post Production Assistant and Cameraman- Candidates between the age of 25 to 50 years can apply.

For Copy Editor, News Reporter, Assistant Website Editor, Broadcast Assistant, Video Editor, Stenographer, C.G. Operator and News Reader- Candidates between the age of 21 to 50 years can apply.

Qualification for Doordarshan Kendra Recruitment 2022:

For Editorial Assistant- Degree from a recognized University.

Degree/Diploma in Journalism from a recognized university.

Minimum 3 years experience of work related to news broadcasting/news organization.

Desirable: Acquaintance with national/international affairs.

Matriculate in the relevant language.

For Copy Editor- Degree from a recognized University.

Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communications from a Recognized University.

Desirable: Acquaintance with national/international affairs.

Matriculate in the relevant language.

3 years experience of work related to news in media organizations, preferably broadcasting.

For News Reporter– Degree from a recognized University.

Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communications from a Recognized University.

Desirable:
3 years experience in a relevant field, preferably in a broadcasting organization.

Acquaintance with national/international affairs.

Matriculate in the relevant language.

For Assistant Website Editor- Degree from a recognized University.

Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communications from a recognized University.

Desirable: 2-year experience in relevant field.

Exposure to new media operations and/or proven aptitude in this field.
