Subject: Extension of time limit for submitting application in FORM GST REG-26
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 24 of theCentral Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Central Goods andServices Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, herebyextends the period for submitting electronically the application in the FORM GST REG- 26till 31st December 2017.(Upender Gupta) Commissioner (GST)
