Subject: Extension of time limit for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 underrule 120A of the Central Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 120A of the Central Goods and Services TaxRules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and insupersession of Order No. 02/2017-GST dated 18th September, 2017, the Commissioner, on therecommendations of the Council, hereby extends the period for submitting the declaration in FORMGST TRAN-1 till 30th November, 2017.
