As per the official notification of ECIL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed for various Zonal Offices and Project sites spread across India on 39 open vacancies. The age limitation of candidates applying for this post should be between 32 and 42 years. The upper age restriction is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST applicants and 3 years for OBC candidates. The selected candidates for the mentioned positions will get a monthly salary ranging from Rs.50,000 to Rs.2,00,000.
As per the official notification of ECIL Recruitment 2023, interested and qualified candidates can apply online at the official website. Candidates must take a printout of the duly filled-in application form and send it along with all relevant documents to the Deputy General Manager Human Resources (Recruitment Section), Administrative Building, Corporate Office, Electronics Corporation of India Limited, ECIL (Post), Hyderabad – Telangana on or before the deadline after submitting the application form online. The closing date for application submission is 23.09.2023. An interview method will be employed for choosing candidates. Candidates should be first-class Graduates with an MBA/PG Degree/ 2 Yrs PG Diploma in HR/PMIR from a recognized University / Institute.
For Sr. Manager (Law)
Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate with 3 Yrs Bachelor Degree in Law(LLB) or First Class 5 Yrs integrated LLB Degree. Candidates holding a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) will be preferred.
For Dy. Manager (HR)
Applicant should be a first-class Graduate with an MBA/PG Degree/ 2 Yrs PG Diploma in HR/PMIR from a recognized University.

Applicants should have relevant executive experience in the area of HR/P and A in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or Private company of repute.
For Sr. Manager (Law)
Candidates should have experience as a Law officer in any Government/ State PSU/ Central PSU/ other Corporate House of repute or any other incorporated Company.
Dy. Manager (HR)
Applicants should have experience in the area of HR in a large reputed organization.

Candidates shall be responsible for handling all kinds of litigations, service matters, drafting/ finalizing & vetting different types of documents.
For Sr. Manager (HR)
Candidates shall be responsible for HR Functions such as Employee Relations, Establishment, Recruitment, Performance management system, Conduct, and Discipline Rules.
