Overview:
Adidas is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Trading & Allocation ECom at their Gurgaon location. This role is responsible for delivering Sell-thru & Top line target for eCOM & Partner Program by bringing in efficiency through in-season Trading & Allocation activities. The role is also responsible for leading & implementing Product Strategies as per brand direction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establishing & monitoring clear performance tracking mechanism with ST, Inventory health, Campaign & hype performance & MD targets’ focus.
- Lead allocation & inventory fulfilment for channels (eCOM & Partner Program).
- Ensure Key Campaign & Imp. articles launch, performance and inventory cover.
- Drive replenishments & inter-channel transfers with target NS, MD and optimum level of inventory in mind.
- Review Sell-thru & product performance and provide actionable insightswith analytics to CX, Ops & SP&E teams on findings & recommendations.
- Work in close coordination with other merch. counterparts & SCM team to improve inventory fulfilment.
- Managing disc. master to support and meet top line & MD targets of the channel.Keeping it aligned with DTC & other channels.
- Work in collaboration with other clusters, Digital Activation, and Digital Operations / CX teams to optimize the consumer journey.
- Participate in the analytics tools/reporting framework closely with Digital Analytics / BI team to ensure key decision makers have access to the information needed – dashboards, visualization tools, reports etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills
- Strong work ethic willing to put long hours of work when required.
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent command of English
- Understanding of retail management systems and back office
- Structured, process oriented at the same time approachable and strong interpersonal skills.
- SAP Retail, ALS knowledge is a strong advantage.
Requisite Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree Marketing / Business/ Sales focus/ Economics
- 3-5 years of merchandising experience or strong operations background.
