EPFO Personal Assistant Exam 2025: Know Eligibility Criteria, Syllabus
The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has introduced the Personal Assistant (Probationers) Examination Scheme, 2025. As per the official notification released by the EPFO dated May 22, 2025, regarding the “Employees’ Provident Fund Personal Assistant (Probationers) Examination, Scheme, 2025,” the Employee Provident Fund Personal Assistant (Probationers) Examination Scheme, 2025, will come into effect from the date of issue of the circular, May 22, 2025. The notification outlines the eligibility and guidelines for employees appointed under direct recruitment to the Personal Assistant cadre.
The examination will be conducted in four papers: Paper I (MCQ) for 50 marks, Paper II (Descriptive and MCQ) for 100 marks, Paper III (Descriptive) for 100 marks and Paper IV (MCQ and Skill Test) for 100 marks, each of 2 hours.

The medium of the examination will be Hindi/English. The probationer can write the exam either in Hindi or English, except for the language paper.
