EPFO Recruitment 2022: EPFO, also known as the Employees Provident Fund Organization, is one of the two main statutory social security bodies under the Government of India’s Ministry of Labour and Employment. And it is held responsible for regulating and managing provident funds in India the other being Employees’ State Insurance. The company currently is looking to recruit candidates who are eligible to apply for the vacant post of Audit Officer.
The recruitment for the following vacant position will be on a deputation basis, and there are a total of 2 vacancies for which anyone who will be eligible will get shortlisted. Those who are interested in applying for recruitment in the Employees Provident Fund Organization will need to make sure that they fulfill the eligibility conditions preferred for the available job profile.
To apply for the post of Audit Officer vacant in the EPFO Recruitment 2022, the candidates should be the officers of the Central Govt/ State Govt/UTA/Autonomous Bodies holding Analogous posts of Audit Officer/Accounts Officer or an Analogous post of Audit Officer/Accounts Officer or an organization with 6 years combined regular service; or He/she should be an Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Account Officer with 6 years of service combined with regular service as Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer/ Section Officer/Section Officer (Audit).
Note: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/Central Govt Department shall ordinarily not exceed three years The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed fifty-six years as on the date of receipt of applications.
The scale of pay for the candidate who will get appointed as the Audit Officer in the EPFO Recruitment 2022 will be Level-8 of the Pay matrix [Pay Band-8 Rs.9300 34800 Grade Pay Rs.4800/-(pre-revised).
(i) The deputation for the recruitment will be governed as per the guidelines prescribed by the Department of Personnel & Training from time to time and also as per the provisions of the Recruitment Rules of the respective cadre. The tenure of deputation will be initially for a period of three (03) years.
(ii) The pay and allowances will be governed strictly under the orders of the Central Government for such comparable posts. Preference will be given to the officers whose Pay and allowances are governed by the Central government rules including GPF Rules.
(iii) To apply for the recruitment, candidates should be holding the analogous post on a substantive basis. The appointment in Employees Provident Fund Organization will be further subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions of appointment issued by the Employees Provident Fund Organization if found necessary.
(iv) The maximum age limit of the candidate applying for the recruitment should not be exceeding 56 years as of the closing date of the receipt of applications.

The duly filled-in application form should be submitted within 45 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
