For Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)-

Officers under the Central Government or State Government:

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department.

Qualification and Experience For EPFO Recruitment 2025:

For Chief Technology Officer (CTO)-

Essential Qualification-

• The applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. OR
• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.

Experience:

• The applicant must have 10 years post-qualification experience in relevant areas of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory body or in any recognized institution.
• *relevant areas mean one or more out of Database Management or Operating Systems or Network Systems. OR
• The applicant must have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or a Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

Experience:

• The applicant must have 10 years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least one yearof experience should be in actual Programming.

For Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)-

Essential Qualification-

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute. OR
• The candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.

Salary for EPFO Recruitment 2025:

The chosen candidates for EPFO Recruitment 2025 will be paid a monthly salary in Level-13 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.123100-215900).

Tenure for EPFO Recruitment 2025:

The engagement of EPFO Recruitment 2025 is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of initial 03 years and it shall ordinarily not exceed 05 years.
