EPIL Recruitment 2023: EPIL a ‘Mini Ratna’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India. EPIL is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Manager, Manager and Sr. Manager under various trades. There are a total of 30 vacancies for the given posts. As per the official notification of EPIL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for Assistant Manager is 32 years, for Manager is 35 years and for Sr. Manager is 42 years. Candidates applying for EPIL recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 70000.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The list of shortlisted candidates will be available on the EPIL website. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of EPIL. Candidates applying for EPIL recruitment will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-
For Assistant Manager – Rs. 40000 + Applicable House rent Allowance.
For Manager – Rs. 50000 + Applicable House rent Allowance.
For Sr. Manager – Rs. 70000 + Applicable House rent Allowance.
As per the official notification of EPIL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-
For Assistant Manager – 32 years.
For Manager – 35 years.
For Sr. Manager – 42 years.
Age Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC& PH applicants will be as per Presidential Directives. The upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST applicants, 3 years for OBC applicants and 10 years for PWD Applicants.
For Assistant Manager and Manager (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical)- B.E. /B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil/ Elect./Mechanical (min 55% marks).
For Assistant Manager and Manager (Finance)- CA/ICWA/ MBA (Fin) with min. 55% marks in graduation.
For Manager (IT)- B.E. (Comp/IT)/MCA or its equivalent (Minimum 55% marks).
For Sr. Manager (Civil-Design)- B.E. /B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
For Sr. Manager (Architecture)- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree (5 years duration) from Govt.
recognized Institute/University (Min. 55% marks).
For Sr. Manager (HR)- 2-Years’ Post Graduate Diploma/MBA (Personnel Management/HR)/ MSW (Minimum 55% marks).
For Sr. Manager (Company Secretary)- ACS with Graduation (Min 55% marks in Graduation).

For Assistant Manager- Min. 2 yrs. Post qualification executive experience with min 1 yr. in next below grade in an organization of repute in case of other than Govt. organization the gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 3,60000 per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
For Manager- Min. 4 yrs. Post qualification executive experience with min 2 years in the next below grade in an organization of repute in case of other than Govt. organization the gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization.
For Sr. Manager- Min. 9 yrs. Post qualification executive experience with min 2 years in next below grade in an organization of repute in case of other than Govt. organization the gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 7,20000 per annum in his/her last/current Organization
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The applications will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks secured in requisite qualification in 1:5 ratio.
If required, management may conduct a Written test for screening applicants depending upon the number of applications received against the post. The applicants will be called for interview based on their performance in Written test. The list of shortlisted candidates will be available on the EPIL website.
