Positions Name and Vacancies for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

By the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, interested and competent candidates are invited to apply for the position of Senior Resident, Senior Resident against GDMO and full-time Junior Specialist on a contractual basis. There are 26 Senior Resident openings 24 Senior Resident openings against GDMO, and 04 Junior Specialist openings. There are a total of 54 open vacancies for the given position.

Age Limitation and Relaxation for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s age limit for Senior Resident and Senior Resident against GDMO should not exceed 45 years and for the post of Junior Specialist applicant should not exceed 67 years old as of the date of interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Ex-Serviceman as per rules). SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidate should produce the relevant certificate in the prescribed Performa as per Govt. of India Instructions. Reservation for Ex-servicemen will be as per rule.

Qualifications and Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment  2023, the candidates required essential qualifications are mentioned below:

For Senior Resident-

• MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent as per residency scheme in concerned speciality from recognized University/Institution.
• Preference will be given to PG candidates. In the condition, that candidates having a PG Degree/DNB/ Diploma are not available, those without PG qualification but having 02 years experience in the concerned Specialty may be considered.

For Senior Resident against GDMO –

• MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent as per residency scheme in concerned speciality from recognized University/Institution.
• Preference will be given to PG candidates. In the condition, that candidates having a PG Degree/DNB/ Diploma are not available, those without PG qualification but having 02 years experience in the concerned Specialty may be considered.

For Junior Specialist-

• MBBS/MD/MS/DNB from a recognized Medical Institution.
• DM/MCH in respective Super Specialty from MCI recognized Medical College/DNB in concerned Super Specialty or equivalent.
• Should have registered with MCI.

The scale of Pay for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted individuals will be paid a pay scale mentioned below

For Senior Resident-

The selected candidate will get a basic pay of Rs.67700 (Level 11) with NPA (pre-revised) with other allowances as per the rules of ESIC.

For Senior Resident against GDMO –

The selected candidate will get a Consolidated Remuneration of Rs.133641 per month with other allowances as per the rules of ESIC.

For Junior Specialist-

The selected candidate will get a Consolidated pay of Rs1,33,6411 per month with other allowances as per the rules of ESIC.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the applicants of Senior Resident will be appointed for 03 years subject to renewal/Extension every year and the applicants of Senior Resident against GDMO will be appointed for 01 years and Junior Specialist appointed for 03 years.

Selection Procedure for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

By the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on personal interviews. The test of the candidates may be done to decide the aptitude, eligibility and merit and also to the number of multiple candidatures for interview.  Medical Superintendent IGESI Hospital Jhilmil reserve the right to fill any or no post or cancel the interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.

As mentioned in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, interested, eligible and experienced applicants are advised to reach the office of the Medical Superintendent, IG ESI Hospital, Delhi on the date of walk-in-interview i.e. on 25.10.2023 and 26.10.2023 at 9.00 A.M. along with original documents and one set of photocopies(self-attested) as listed on the application form. No candidate will be entertained after 10.30 A.M.
