Novartis is hiring an experienced Financial Analyst /Sr.Financial Analyst – FP&A at their Hyderabad location. You will analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to senior leadership. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and forecasting.

What will you be doing:

Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that financial projections are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Support financial projects, including process improvements and system implementations

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Support Planning (Budget, Latest Forecast, StratPlan) and Reporting for specific business units with strong focus on quality and accuracy of reported numbers

Provide meaningful decision support for various operational projects. Enable and assist in productivity & offshoring/outsourcing Initiatives for specific business units

Continue supporting AI driven disruption to Planning process. Show proactiveness & capabilities to challenge status quo & be adaptive for new & efficient tool implementation

Qualifications for this Job:

CA, CPA, Postgraduates in Finance or MBA, or equivalent

Business English (written and spoken)

Good presentation and communication skills

Good academic track record

0-4 years of prior work experience
