FSNL Recruitment 2022: FSNL or the Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited is a Govt. of India undertaking, a Mini Ratna II, IMS Certified company, and it has its registered and corporate office located at Bhilai (Chhattisgarh). It is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSTC Limited (formerly known as Metal Scrap Trade Corporation Limited), a Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of Steel. It is a specialized service provider which is now inviting applications for engaging Engineering Graduate Apprentice Trainees.
The period of training for the vacancies of Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineers in the FSNL recruitment 2022 will be for 1 year. There are a total of 22 seats reserved for the candidates eligible for the apprenticeship. And the candidates will be recruited in multiple units, including Corporate office, Rourkela, Burnpur, Bhilai, Bokaro, Visakhapatnam, and Durgapur.
Here are the details of the Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited apprenticeship 2022.
The seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to the SC, ST and OBC category as per the provisions of Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Rules framed thereunder and as amended from time to time.
It is also noteworthy that the engagement in the department will be only for the purpose of training as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961/1973 and Management does not take responsibility for any employment/placement. No hostel/accommodation will be provided by the department during the training period. The candidates who will get selected will have to make their own arrangements.

Students who have passed out from Govt./Private institutes are eligible to apply. The gap between the date of passing the qualifying exam and the date of engagement as an apprentice shall not exceed 3 years. Also, the applicants from the concerned state will be given preference over that from other state. No TA/DA or any other allowance will be applicable for the FSNL recruitment 2022.
The candidate shortlisted for the apprenticeship in the Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited will be entitled to a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000.
The candidates who will get shortlisted for the training organized by the FSNL department will need to report at the Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited, situated inside the Steel Plant within two weeks of receiving the offer letter failing which their selection is liable to be canceled. Candidates will get the information about their selection via email/mhrd portal as per which they have to report at the designated place and time.
The candidates who will get shortlisted will be called for the document verification phase as per which they have to report at the designated place and time along with the original and Xerox copies of the required documents, Provisional Certificates (for candidates whose result is in the form of (CGPA/CPI) and 6 passport size photos. The selection of the interested candidates will be on a merit basis.
