Gautam Adani and Sagar Adani File Settlement Request Before US Eastern District NY Court
Adani Green Energy Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Mr Gautam Adani and Mr Sagar Adani have jointly filed a request for the entry of a final judgement before the United States District Court in relation to the Civil Complaint No. 24-CV-08080, filed by them before the same court for the Eastern District of New York (US Eastern District NY Court).
This request was submitted on May 15, 2026 (India Time)/May 14, 2026 (New York Time). The proposed settlement has been filed on consent, and the court’s final decision is still awaited.
The present disclosure is in continuation of their earlier intimations and clarifications issued on November 21, 2024; November 27, 2024; January 23, 2026; January 24, 2026; January 31, 2026; April 8, 2026; and April 18, 2026.
The company has disclosed the aforesaid information via an Intimation dated May 15, 2026, in pursuance of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company has clarified that it is not a party to these legal proceedings; consequently, no charges have been filed against it.
