GMRC Recruitment 2023: Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited is looking for applicants for the post of General Manager, Additional General Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr. Executive, Engineer, Executive, and Surveyor on a contract basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis initially for a minimum of 03 years to 05 years on an extendable basis, there are 17 vacancies for this recruitment. According to the official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for all the posts is between 28 years to 55 years.
In accordance with the official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews. Selected candidates will get a salary ranging between 30000 to 280000 per month. Tenure Period for GMRC Recruitment 2023:
Candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis initially for a minimum of 03 years to 05 years on an extendable basis.
If the circumstances warrant, either party may terminate the appointment contract by giving 30 days (up to Assistant Manager Cadre) or 90 days (Manager & Above Cadre) notice, or by paying the contractual remuneration/salary in lieu of notice period.
Age Limit for GMRC Recruitment 2023:
According to the official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for all the posts is between 28 years to 55 years.

For General Manager (HR) post maximum Age Limit is 55 years.
For Additional General Manager (Architect), Additional General Manager (Civil) – For the Surat Project posts maximum Age Limit is 53 years.
For Manager (Multi-Modal Integration) – (For Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project & Surat project), Manager (Civil – Safety), and Manager (Admin) – For the Surat project posts maximum Age Limit is 40 years.
For Assistant Manager (Multi-Modal Integration), and Assistant Manager (Civil/ Alignment) – For the Surat project, the maximum Age Limit is 32 years.
For Sr. Executive (Finance & Accounts), Sr. Executive (Admin) For the Surat project Engineer – Sr. Grade (Civil)/ Engineer – Jr. Grade (Civil), Executive (HR), Executive (Admin) (For Surat project) and Surveyor posts maximum Age Limit is 28 years.
Eligibility for GMRC Recruitment 2023:
The Eligibility requirements for the post mentioned above are given below.
General Manager (HR)
Candidate should have minimum 20 years of total executive experience in the field of HR/personnel in Metro Rail/ Railway/ Railway PSUs/Govt. organization/PSU’s/reputed industries with the following experience criteria:
For candidates working in Railways officers in Gr ‘A’ organized services HR/Personnel, Govt. of India, State Govt., Railways working in pay matrix level 13A (7th CPC) or is working for atleast 3 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 90000-240000/- or CDA pay matrix level 13 (7th CPC
Additional General Manager (Architect)
Candidate must be B. Arch. graduate from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
Applicants should have at least 18 years of Post Qualification experience at the Executive level in reputed private organizations of civil engineering or 15 years Post Qualification experience of the executive level in Government / PSU.
Additional General Manager (Civil) – For Surat Project
Candidate must be B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
Applicants should have a minimum of 18 years of Post Qualification experience at the Executive Level in a reputed private organization OR 15 years of experience at the Executive level in Government I PSU’s
Manager (Multi-Modal Integration) – (For Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project & Surat project)
Candidate must be a Bachelor’s in Planning or Master’s in Planning from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute.
Applicants should have at least 9 years of Post Qualification experience at the Executive level in a reputed private organization of Civil Engineering or, 7 years Post Qualification experience at the Executive
level in Government / PSU’s.
Manager (Civil – Safety)
Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with a Diploma/P.G. Diploma in Construction/Industrial Safety from an Institute recognized by State /Central Govt. or other Statutory authority.
Applicants should have at least 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience of Executive level reputed private organizations of Civil Engineering or 7 years of relevant Post Qualification experience at the Executive level in Government / PSU’s.
Manager (Admin) – For the Surat project
Candidate must be a full-time Graduate with PGDM/MBA degree from Govt. a recognized Institute/University.
Applicants should have at least 9 years of Post Qualification experience at the Executive level in a reputed private organization or experience at the Executive level in Government / PSU’s.

For General Manager (HR) posts salary will be between Rs.120000 to 280000 per month
For Additional General Manager (Architect) posts salary will be between Rs.100000 to 260000 per month
For Additional General Manager (Civil) – For Surat Project posts salary will be between Rs.100000 to 260000 per month
For Manager (Multi-Modal Integration) – (For Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project & Surat project) posts salary will be between Rs.60000 to 180000 per month
For Manager (Civil – Safety) posts salary will be between Rs.60000 to 180000 per month
For Manager (Admin) – For the Surat project posts salary will be between Rs.60000 to 180000 per month
For Assistant Manager (Multi-Modal Integration) posts salary will be between Rs.50000 to 160000 per month

Selection Procedure for GMRC Recruitment 2023:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews.
