Salary for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a salary as mentioned below-

Station Controller/ Train Operator (SC/TO), Junior Engineer, Junior Engineer -Electronics, Junior Engineer -Mechanical and Junior Engineer – Civil- The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a salary between Rs. 33000 to Rs. 100000

Customer Relations Assistant(CRA)- The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a salary between Rs. 25000 to Rs. 80000

For Maintainer – Fitter, Maintainer -Electrical and Maintainer -Electronics- The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a salary between Rs. 20000 to Rs. 60000

Age Limit for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the age required to apply for the post is given below-

For Station Controller/ Train Operator (SC/TO), Customer Relations Assistant(CRA), Junior Engineer, Junior Engineer -Electronics, Junior Engineer -Mechanical, Junior Engineer- Candidates between the age of 18 to 28 years can apply for the given posts.

For Maintainer– Candidates between the age of 18 to 25 years can apply for the given posts.

Qualification for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for GMRC Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Station Controller/ Train Operator (SC/TO) – Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Engineering or Electronics/Electronics & Communications discipline fro a Government Recognized University / Institute.

For Customer Relations Assistant(CRA)- Science Graduate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics discipline from a Government Recognized University / Institute.

For Junior Engineer- Diploma in Electrical engineering from a Government Recognized University / Institute

For Maintainer – Fitter- SSLC pass with ITI (Two Years) in Fitter from a Government Recognized University / Institute.

For Junior Engineer – Civil – Diploma in Civil Engineering in from a Government Recognized University / Institute.

For Maintainer – Electronics- SSLC pass with ITI (Two Years) Electronics from a Government Recognized University / Institute

Selection Procedure for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and Gujarati language test. Candidates who qualified the test have to undergo through medical exam.

Written Test- 100 marks
Gujarati Language test- 20 marks

For Station Controller / Train Operator (SC / TO), Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) and Junior Engineer-

Duration of the test will be 120 minutes (2 hours) for all parts together.

The test will consist of 120 questions- Gujarati language (20 questions), Logical ability & Reasoning (20 questions) and Quantitative aptitude (20 questions), General English (20 questions) and Technical Knowledge (40 questions).

For Maintainers (MTNR)

Duration of the test will be 120 minutes.

The test will consist 100 questions- Technical Knowledge (40 questions), Gujarati language (20 questions), Logical ability and Reasoning (15 questions), Quantitative aptitude (10 questions) and General English (15 questions)

Application Fee for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates have to pay Rs. 600 as application fee and SEBC/OBC category candidates have to pay Rs. 300 and ST/SC/EWS category candidates have to pay Rs. 150 as application fee.
