GMRC Recruitment 2023 for 45 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualification and How to Apply
GMRC Recruitment 2023: Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited, a 50:50 Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly owned by the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat is entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project. GMRC invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of ITI Holders and Diploma Technicians in the field of Engineering of Indian nationality as Apprentice Trainee under “MUKHYAMANTRI APPRENTICESHIP YOJANA”. There are a total of 45 vacancies for the given post. As per the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, candidates should be between the age of 18 to 25 years. Candidates will be given a monthly stipend of up to Rs. 10000.
The Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended from time to time. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test/Computer-based tests and/or personal interviews. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates to their registered email ID indicating the time, date and venue of the Interview. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online through NAPS Portal i.e. National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal. As per the official notification of GMRC Recruitment 2023 the last date for submitting the application form is 8th February 2023.
As per the official notification of GRMC recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for ITI Holders and Diploma Technicians in the field of Engineering of Indian nationality as Apprentice Trainees.
Duration– The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended from time to time.
According to the official notification of GRMC recruitment 2023, candidates between the age of 18 to 25 years.
The upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates for the trades reserved for them.
As given in the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, candidates will be monthly stipend as given below-
For Technician Apprentice (ITI)- Canddiates will be given a monthly stipend of Rs. 9000.
For Technician Apprentice (Diploma)- Canddiates will be given a monthly stipend of Rs. 10000.
As per the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualification-
For Technician Apprentice (ITI)- Passed 10th/Matric exam under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and ITI passed in the concerned trade from an institute recognized by NCVT/GCVT.
For Technician Apprentice (Diploma)- 3 years Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical from a Government Recognized University/Institute.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test/Computer-based tests and personal interviews. The final selection will be done based on merit and reservation rules. The candidature of the applicant would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates to their registered email ID indicating the Time, Date, and Venue of the Interview. Candidates are requested to keep checking the official website and their mail ID for any updates.
