Education Qualification for GMRC Recruitment 2025:

Joint General Manager

Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Applied Electronics/ Industrial Electronics/ Power Electronics/ Instrumentation) Engineering graduate from a government-recognised University.

Deputy General Manager (Signalling)

Candidate must be a B.E /B.Tech (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications/Applied Electronics / Industrial Electronics / Power electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent) engineering graduate from a government-recognised University.

Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock)

Candidate must be a B.E /B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics / Power electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent) engineering graduate from a government-recognised University.

Assistant Manager (Rolling Stock)

Age Limit for NABARD Recruitment 2025 (as of 21st May, 2025)

• Joint General Manager: 50 years (Contract), 58 years (Deputation)
• Deputy General Manager: 45 years (Contract), 58 years (Deputation)
• Assistant Manager: 32 years

Required Experience for GMRC Recruitment 2025:

• Joint General Manager: 14 years or 12 years of post-qualification experience in Government / PSUs, out of which a minimum of 4 years of experience in O&M of Railway or Metro.
• Deputy General Manager: 10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed private organisation or 8 years of post-qualification experience in Government/PSUs.
• Assistant Manager: 7 years of post-qualification experience of Supervisory grade in a reputed private organisation or 5 years of supervisory experience in Government/PSUs.

Selection Process for GMRC Recruitment 2025:

• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for an interview.
• The date, time, and venue of the interview will be shared in advance.
• Requests to change the interview date or venue are not allowed.
• Document checks will be done before the interview. Candidates need to bring original certificates, as without them, they cannot attend the interview.
• The Call letters for interviews will be released to the shortlisted candidates, which will include the Time, Date and Venue of the Interview through the registered email.
