Overview:

Godrej is hiring an experienced Sr Executive – Corporate IT at their Mumbai location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial activities including preparing AOP for GILAC IT budget, Monitoring & controlling Spends, and Negotiating with vendors for end user peripherals such as Laptop, Desktop, Printer, consumables etc. You will be supported by an outsourced team, and you are to get the deliverables executed through this team as a project manager.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

• AOP  planning for the financial year
• Maintaining Budgets & controlling spends through PO process in SAP system
• Timely release of Payments to vendor as per contracts
• Timely renewal of AMC for applicable devices
• Monthly Charge back of spends to GILAC entities
• Monthly provision to respective finance teams
• Circulate/Automate MIS with Overall spends including BU Breakup
• Mapping of proof of entitlement of licenses for EUS & core infra in relevant systems
• Due diligence of contracts by validating from Legal, technical & functional team
• Negotiation with OEM vendors for IT peripherals Desktop, Laptop, Printer Consumable etc.
• Joint negotiation with OEM vendors for Core infra along with domain owners
• Vendor coordination and call escalation
• IT coordination with Regional IT team and factories

Qualifications for this job:

• Educational Qualification : B.Com, M.Com
• Professional Certification : Process certification
• 3-5 Years Experience
• Applicants with hands on experience in managing budget & spends independently FMCG sector would be ideal for this role
• Conceptional knowledge of Information Technology including IT peripherals, Microsoft & other licenses
• Vendor Management
• Ability to drive Commercial team with outsourced teams
• Self-driven and proactive
• Innovation & New Approaches
