Govt Amends Customs Notification 45/2025; SBER Bank Added to List 14 for Imports Till March 2026

The Government has amended Notification No. 45/2025-Customs to insert SBER Bank in List 14, allowing imports for domestic consumption through the bank until March 31, 2026.

Govt Amends Customs Notification 45/2025; SBER Bank Added to List 14 for Imports Till March 2026 The Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) has issued an official notification [G.S.R. 181(E)], dated March 12, 2026, informing that the Central Government has made some significant changes to an earlier notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 45/2025-Customs, dated October 24, 2025, published in the Gazette of India on October 24, 2025.
