The Central Government has now officially designated three courts as Special Courts to ensure speedy trials.

Govt Designs Special Courts in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh
The Central Government under the powers given in section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013, after taking approval the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, has now officially designated three courts into Special Courts to ensure faster trials for offences mentioned in clause (b) of Section 435(2) of the Act.
These courts are as follows:
