Puma Energy is hiring an experienced Talent Attraction Analyst at their Mumbai location. You will collaborate with Business and P&C Partners to identify and onboard best-in-class talent and act as a forerunner in driving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for Puma through various process improvement & standardization initiatives/projects.
The complete details of this job are as follows:
Identify and on-board the right set of talent for any and all business Drive and Deliver the Puma Brand by creating more visibility, adopting innovative approaches to attracting talent and ensuring a high engagement rate with candidates.
Maintain a data driven and logical approach to recruiting.
Build and maintain a Global Data report on all outstanding recruitment for presentation to Senior Leadership
Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels.
Partner with line managers to understand strategic staffing needs and drive closures with a sense of urgency.
Train and educate line managers on Puma’s global recruiting workflow and ensure compliance.
Develop appropriate sourcing channels and external events to minimize vendor dependency.
Own and drive a metric-based procurement process for search partners.
Collaborate with P&C Partner on recruiting strategy in line with Puma’s business needs and market pulse.
Manage and/or contribute to projects in relation with current needs of the team or organization.
Projects on Operational Excellence for improving, standardising the recruitment processes.
4-6 years of experience in all forms of recruiting – lateral and bulk, with specific focus on multi-Functional hiring
Understands complexity of managing a multi process operation set up. This could be captive or non-captive.
Bachelor in any discipline
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration preferred.
Conversant in working within a data driven recruiting environment.
Ability to manage multi-complex projects on an ongoing basis.
Strong Proficiency in working on Applicant Tracking Systems – Knowledge of Workday preferred.
